Delivery Information
Victoria Commercial Kitchen Equipment supplies commercial kitchen equipment to customers across Australia. Delivery availability, freight charges and estimated lead times depend on the product, delivery location, access requirements and whether the item is held in local stock or supplied to order.
Freight & lead times
Any delivery charge and estimated dispatch or delivery timeframe will be shown at checkout where available, or confirmed in your quotation or order confirmation. Lead times are estimates and may change due to supplier, carrier, port, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Site access & receiving
Unless specifically agreed in writing, standard freight does not include unpacking, positioning, installation, connection, lifting equipment, stairs, difficult-access delivery or removal of existing equipment. Please tell our team before ordering if your site has restricted access, loading-zone requirements, stairs, after-hours requirements or other special conditions.
Inspection on delivery
Please inspect goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If packaging or equipment appears damaged, note this with the carrier where possible, retain the packaging and contact us promptly with photographs and order details so we can assist.
