The BRENNER Electric Fryer with Cold Zone is a floor-standing 28 L single vat fryer for takeaways, pubs and commercial kitchens. 18 kW flat heating elements give fast recovery between batches, and the bottom cold zone keeps larger food particles from burning and tainting the oil — so oil lasts longer and fried food tastes cleaner.

It runs on a commercial 415V three-phase supply.
